Compare the daily work

Multica describes a shared human-and-agent task system with progress updates, reusable skills and connected local or cloud runtimes. Its examples emphasize coding agents handling issues and returning work for review. Those are substantial overlaps with Tale, not features unique to either product. Multica product overview.

In Tale, a project brings tasks, instructions, reference files and project agents together. A marketing lead can coordinate a campaign brief, a research report and a landing-page change on the same board. Assign the tasks, explicitly start the agents, then inspect their reports and files. An equipped manager agent can start other ready tasks within the project's delegation and capacity limits.

Multica is a natural candidate if connecting existing coding tools to a team issue workflow is your priority. Evaluate Tale if your main unit of work is a shared company project spanning several types of deliverables. This is a workflow preference, not evidence that Multica cannot handle broader work.

Run one mixed project

Use a launch with three tasks: research a customer segment, draft the announcement and change a page. Include a teammate who does not configure agents. Ask them to clarify an instruction, locate the latest result and request a revision. Compare the handoff quality and setup effort, not only the first generated answer.

Also check operating terms. Multica's current license allows internal use and adds conditions for hosting it for others and embedding it commercially. Read those conditions against your intended deployment. Multica licensing.
